Congratulations to Year 8 pupil Lydia, who recently competed with her partner Alice at the Spelthorne Acro Cup, a national competition featuring 35 teams in Lydia’s category (Grade 4 Women’s Pairs).
Lydia and Alice delivered an outstanding performance, achieving a season’s best score of 26.2, which placed them 9th out of the 35 teams. The competition was intense, with less than one point separating the top 10 teams, showcasing the high level of skill and precision from all the competitors.
Looking ahead, Lydia will compete at the London Regional Championships in just a month, hoping to qualify for the nationals. This result is a significant milestone in her journey, and we eagerly await to hear how Lydia performs in her upcoming competition!
