On Monday, the Year 7 football team participated in an exciting Bromley Cup final against Bullers Wood School at Bromley Football Club.

Making it to the final was an amazing achievement, as many schools in Bromley competed in the competition. After defeating Hayes and Langley Park in previous rounds, there was just one more game to win. Fortunately, the team scored in the first few minutes and again around five minutes later. However, Bullers got a penalty and scored, making it 2-1. Despite the pressure, they remained calm and managed to score another goal just before halftime, making it 3-1.

Throughout the second half, the team ensured their defence was strong and determined. Bromley High School players seized opportunities to attack, looking for gaps in their opponent’s defence, and scored two more goals while not conceding any, resulting in a final score of 5-1 in favour of Bromley High School.

The team remains undefeated, clinching their third trophy this season and are all eagerly anticipating the next season. A huge thank you to all those who came to support them!
