Year 7 pupils embarked on an enchanting journey through time last Friday, visiting Hampton Court Palace for their History trip.
Guided by knowledgeable experts, students discovered the secrets of Henry VIII’s opulent residence, tracing the footsteps of kings and queens. They wandered through the splendid State Apartments, adorned with exquisite artworks and luxurious furnishings and explored the magnificent gardens and intricate maze. Through interactive exhibits and engaging narratives, they unraveled the past, gaining a deeper understanding of England’s royal heritage.
Mrs Freeman even came equipped with crowns for the magnificent Great Hall!
