On Wednesday, Year 6 pupils held their annual Enterprise Fair and everyone in the Junior School had a fantastic time!

The Year 6 Enterprise Project began at the end of April with a talk from Entrepreneur Karen Kimura (GDST Trust Office) who challenged the girls to consider running their own business and the skills required.

The girls were then given a brief to utilize their ‘9 Skills for the Future’ to generate as much income as possible for their chosen charity through stalls at the fair. Meticulously planning the activities for their stalls, the girls received support from the Senior School Head Girl Team who eagerly joined them. The house teams brainstormed activities that the younger girls would enjoy, resulting in a resounding success.

The Year 6 teachers take great pride in the girls’ problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and their kind and compassionate interactions with the younger girls. The proceeds will be divided among the four chosen charities: Bromley Brighter Beginnings, Cystic Fibrosis, Bromley Homeless Charity, and Child Aid.
