The Year 6 pupils thoroughly enjoyed their time in the Senior School workshops, immersing themselves in creating winter-themed boxes and decorations under Mrs Maritz’s guidance.
They developed various skills, including cutting, sanding, and gluing. The use of 2D design added another dimension, with shapes and decorations cut using a laser cutter and applied to the boxes. The students found the process both fun and interesting, expressing their individuality through unique creations. Some shared insights, like Zara’s emphasis on uniqueness, Lily’s collaborative approach to cutting, and Rosa’s particular enjoyment of decorating. Well done girls!
