Year 4 had a fantastic time bringing their History topic to life during Tudor Day this week.
Dressed in beautiful Tudor costumes, the girls took part in a variety of hands-on activities. They learned how to make Tudor medicines, crafted soap, wrote with quills, created wax candles, and made necklaces, all while discovering what life was like in the Tudor period.
They experienced a grand Tudor feast, sipping from goblets and enjoying lively entertainment. The girls took part in acting, dancing, singing, and even juggling, just as the Tudors would have done. Thanks to History Off the Page, Year 4 was transported back in time to Tudor England. They were fully immersed in the era, engaging in crafts, enjoying a delicious feast, and performing Tudor plays, making it a memorable and educational day.
