In celebration of their completed topic on India, Year 4 pupils enjoyed a vibrant India Day filled with cultural activities.
The girls showcased their creativity by crafting symmetrical Rangoli Patterns, and they even tried their hand at making chapati bread. The rhythmic beats of Indian music filled the air as they danced joyfully.
A special highlight was when Head Girl, Ramiya, mesmerised everyone with her sitar performance. To top it off, a group of dedicated parents prepared authentic Indian dishes for the girls to savor, and the verdict was unanimous: they were absolutely delicious!
“I loved the food and the activities were really fun.”Nia, Year 4
“My favourite aspect of India Day was when I was dancing and fell!” Allegra-Mai, Year 4
