Congratulations to Year 2 Louise on her fantastic chess success last weekend. Competing in the UK Chess Challenge North London Megafinal, she won a trophy for “Best Girl” Under 8, triumphing in four out of six games.
As the youngest member of the Kent under 11 girls’ team, Louise also played a crucial role in their victory at the National Inter-County Chess Finals in April.
Next, she will face the tougher challenge of the Gigafinal. We wish her the best of luck and continued success in the upcoming stage of the competition!
