From inspirational guest speakers to completing a stand-out UCAS application, our impressive Future Focus programme supports our Sixth Formers to fulfil their true potential. Once a term the school holds a Future Focus Day, each one featuring speakers and activities relevant and interesting to young people.
The Lower Sixth pupils enjoyed their second Future Focus day earlier this week. Workshops included Be your own boss, Managing exam and life stress, How to make the most of a university open day and Online safety delivered by Ellie, one of our own Year 12 pupils who is an ambassador for the Breck Foundation.
The girls absolutely loved talking to Emma Cole who discussed some of the challenges she has faced as HIV positive whilst maintaining a strong sense of humour and a fighting spirit.
