Following fundraising from various school initiatives last year,  Bromley High School has been able to support twin girls through their primary school education in Kigali, Rwanda as part of the Kinamba Community Project.

Pupils raised money from the school’s own-clothes day in November and the Bake Sale and Christmas Jumper Day in December to support the twins in Rwanda.

Kami and Kamikazi are nine years old, the youngest in a family of six children, but their mother can only afford to pay school fees for two of their siblings. The support from Bromley High pupils means that Kami and Kamikazi will be able to enjoy an education that would otherwise have been impossible.  The staff at the Kinamba Community Project will keep the school updated as the twins progress through primary school.

Thank you to all our pupils for helping Kami and Kamikazi to develop their promise and to truly shine.
