Last week, Bromley High School pupils and staff visited Benenden School to celebrate their 100th anniversary and the first symposium by the International Coalition for Girls’ Schools.
Pupils found it incredible to have the opportunity to celebrate 100 years of Benenden alongside their amazing group of alumni. They had the privilege of hearing from inspirational speakers, including HRH Princess Anne, Baroness Manningham-Buller (a former Director-General of MI5), HRH Princess Basma bint Talal of Jordan, and many others.
“We feel so fortunate to have been able to listen to, and soak in the advice of these phenomenal speakers. It was inspiring to be in a room where girls clearly uplift and support one another. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will take forward everything we learnt in our future endeavours.”Senior pupils
Bromley High School delegates were also hosted at Benenden School to celebrate the first symposium by the International Coalition for Girls’ Schools. A special mention goes to teacher Priya Christie, who spoke as a keynote presenter, alongside guests such as Dr. Anne-Marie Imafidom and Dr. Helen O’Neill.
