Last Friday, we were delighted to welcome Ross Howitt for an engaging revision session tailored to both GCSE and A level PE students.

Ross is an educational consultant and CPD trainer, as well as a Principal Examiner and Lead Moderator for major examining boards. As the author of textbooks for these courses, he shared his extensive expertise, offering valuable insights and strategies for effective exam preparation.

Throughout the day, his practical methods for tackling complex topics proved invaluable. Joined by Chislehurst School for Girls, Bullers Wood School, Langley Park School for Boys, and Charles Darwin School, the A level students began by revisiting challenging areas such as biomechanics, with Ross employing hands-on techniques to reinforce key concepts. In the afternoon, the GCSE session featured a range of clever memory aids and exam tips.

The day was a fantastic opportunity for students to enhance their understanding and build confidence ahead of their exams.
