On Thursday 29th June, Year 12 A-level Dance pupils had the fantastic opportunity to participate in an energetic Jazz workshop, led by former student Rebecca Seed.

The workshop focused on technical jazz exercises and repertoire in the style of the renowned Bob Fosse. It was an exciting and engaging session for the students.

Rebecca also conducted a contemporary class for the GCSE Year 10 students, where they were introduced to challenging movement material that will be incorporated into their exam pieces. Rebecca, who recently graduated from Southampton University, had an impressive dance journey during her four years of study. She actively contributed to various dance societies, taking on leadership roles and choreographing pieces for numerous competitions and shows.

It was a privilege for the students to learn from Rebecca, who brought her expertise and passion to the workshops. The sessions provided valuable insights and inspiration, further enhancing the students’ dance education. Bromley High School extends its appreciation to Rebecca for her contributions and wishes her continued success in her dance career.
