The under 11 team, along with the under 10s, traveled to Beckenham last Wednesday to compete in a multi-school tournament.

The under 11s played 5 matches, drawing two and narrowly losing three, each by a single goal. All the games were incredibly close, and while the team showed great effort, there were moments where missed chances could have turned the games in their favour.

Despite this, everyone gave their best performance, with notable contributions from all players. Amelie stood out as the Player of the Tournament, making strong tackles and displaying relentless determination throughout the matches. Although the team didn’t secure a win, they demonstrated excellent teamwork and sportsmanship.

“The experience was a valuable learning opportunity, and the U11s are already looking forward to applying these lessons in future tournaments. Congratulations to the entire team for their hard work and dedication!”Erin, U11 A Team Football Captain
