This week, the Diversity Committee organised a series of events to commemorate Bromley High School’s Pride Week.

The week kicked off with an informative assembly on Monday, followed by the launch of the Pride Society for the older year groups.

Tuesday was dedicated to unleashing creativity, with students crafting rainbow bracelets and colourful ceramic hearts.

On Wednesday, students from various year groups came together to plant the school’s new Diversity Garden, designed to be both vibrant and welcoming to bees and insects.

Thursday saw the relaunch of the Olive Morris group, a platform celebrating African-Caribbean culture, by committee members.

Finally, Friday culminated in the Pride Picnic, featuring a bake sale in support of the charity Switchboard and a rainbow-themed non-uniform day, fostering inclusivity and celebration throughout the school community.
