Eight runners from Years 7 to 12 took part in the Kent Schools Cross Country Championships at Dartford Central Park on Saturday 20th January, forming part of Team Bromley alongside top runners from other schools in the borough of Bromley.

Despite the chilly weather, our pupils demonstrated resilience and delivered impressive performances. Four out of the eight runners, including Jasmine (11th) and Caitlin (18th) in the Inters race (Year 10 & 11), as well as Kara (6th) and Freya (16th) in the Junior race (Year 8 & 9), have qualified for the next round at the Inter-county Cross Country race.

Team Bromley achieved outstanding results, securing 1st and 3rd in the Year 7 race, 1st and 4th in the Year 8 & 9 race, 1st in the Year 10 & 11 race, and 3rd in the senior race.

This marks the best performance by the Bromley Schools team in the last 15 years. Congratulations to all the runners!
