Year 7 pupils Rosie and Jasmine joined other members of the Crystal Palace Junior Triathletes club, travelling the distance from Land’s End to John O’ Groats to raise funds for the club.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, their club race (The Crystal Place Triathlon) was cancelled in 2020 which has led to a significant loss in income.  With that in mind, 20 junior members virtually scaled the nation in order to provide themselves and their peers with training opportunities for years to come.

Collectively the members, who are 16 years old or younger, will need to run or cycle 134.7km each day in order to reach their goal.

The aim is for Jasmine and Rosie (pictured below) to run and/or cycle at least 61km each and both girls are well on their way to completing their individual mileage, having ticked off 48km and 40km respectively already.

Good luck to Rosie, Jasmine and the rest of the team!
