Year 1 pupils get creative

Encouraging creativity is central to the ethos of our Junior School, and this has continued in our home learning programme for pupils.

In Year 1 Art lessons, Mrs Bennett has been teaching the girls step-by-step how to create exciting art pieces at home.  We were so impressed with the girls’ efforts, we have submitted Anika’s seahorse artwork to the Royal Academy of Arts, Young Artists’ Summer Exhibition. The online exhibition will launch on 12 July.
