It’s been a busy start to the term at Bromley High School, with our teams competing across various sports in GDST events. Our athletes have truly showcased their talent and determination, bringing home impressive results!

Yesterday, we were delighted to host the GDST Southern Regional Festival of Dance and Sport, where pupils from eight other Trust schools competed in hockey, netball, and dance. Bromley High’s under 12 netball team, under 11 hockey teams, and dancers took part in a day full of exciting performances. A particular highlight was our U12 A and B netball teams, who had a fantastic time competing in their very first netball tournament. Both teams have made significant progress in recent weeks, and their hard work was evident throughout the tournament yesterday. Both teams placed 4th in their groups, showing tremendous development and teamwork.

The under 11 hockey teams also played with intensity and outstanding teamwork, finishing in 5th and 6th place in the Southern Trust Rally.

Additionally, on 23rd January, our under 11 Swim Squad excelled at the 2025 GDST Trust Swimming Gala in Guildford. Of the nine squad members from years 3 to 6, five made the finals and finished in the top 8 across the whole GDST.
