This week, a group of Sixth Form students participated in the GDST LEAD Southern Conference at Sydenham High School, an inspiring event that brought together girls from across the Trust.
GDST LEAD (Leadership and Enterprise) is a programme designed to empower students by developing their leadership skills and encouraging them to take an active role in their communities.
The event provided valuable opportunities for personal development, fostering new skills and connections among the students. Their enthusiasm and determination were evident, and it was exciting to see their leadership potential continue to flourish. This experience was undoubtedly a positive step in their growth as future leaders.
