Bromley High’s 1st XI Hockey Team delivered a spirited performance at the GDST Trust Regional Qualifiers.

The tournament began with a 2-2 draw against Croydon High School, where Bromley equalised just before half-time with a brilliant goal off a short corner, showcasing their resilience and determination.

In the second match, following a quick team talk from their coach Mr Evans, Bromley faced Sutton High School. The team displayed excellent coordination, applying relentless pressure and maintaining a solid defense, leading to a 1-0 victory.

The final match against Streatham and Clapham proved challenging after an intense morning of play and hot weather. Despite a brave effort and several chances created, Bromley fell 4-0.
