Over the Easter break, Year 5 pupil Katy displayed immense generosity by donating 10 inches of her hair to the Little Princess Trust, aiding children undergoing cancer treatment or suffering from alopecia.
This marks her third donation, totaling an impressive 29 inches over time.
Additionally, spurred by her grandfather’s battle with prostate cancer, Katy, alongside her father, has enlisted for the Race For Life – Pretty Muddy Kids run to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. Eager to contribute to this noble cause, she combines her passion for sports, mud and helping others.
