Fifteen Bromley High School debaters from Years 8 to 13 engaged in a collaborative initiative with Harris Academy Orpington last week.
In this joint project, pupils worked alongside enthusiastic debaters from Harris, conducting both junior and senior debates on the motion ‘The House Would Ban Advertising Aimed at Children’.
The event provided a delightful opportunity for pupils from both schools to socialise and share debating skills, with pupils expressing enthusiasm about collaborating on additional joint events in the upcoming new year.
