Year 3 pupils embarked on a joyful adventure with volunteers, Mr. and Mrs. Smart from The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, exploring neighbouring Jubilee Country Park.

They observed a rich variety of butterflies in the wild meadows and woodland, including Meadow Brown, Smaller Skipper, Holly Blue, Marbled White, Ringlet, Red Admiral and Speckled Wood.

Their fascination with these beautiful creatures was evident throughout the outing, igniting a newfound curiosity to learn more about them.
