Throughout this term, pupils and staff are supporting the work of Bromley Foodbank by providing emergency food for people in crisis in our local community.
Each week, staff at the Foodbank tell us what they are most in need of, and as a school, we try to donate what we can. Last week, there was a particular need for cooking sauces, tinned tomatoes, and orange squash, and this week desserts, sweet treats, long-life milk, and tinned vegetables are needed most.
Bromley High School’s support for Bromley Foodbank is part of the school’s wider partnership program through which we work with our neighbors to build a better local community.
In next Monday’s whole-school assembly, pupils will hear from Bromley Foodbank about what they do and why our help really matters to them.
