In November 2022, Year 5 and 6 pupils in schools across the UK took part in the Primary Maths Challenge. Of the 58,000 that initially entered, the top 6% were invited to take part in a Bonus Round.
Eleven girls from Bromley High School reached the Bonus Round, which is a fantastic achievement. Of those girls, four went on to achieve a Bronze certificate and five achieved a Silver certificate.
Congratulations to all the pupils!
“As Maths lead, I am incredibly proud of all those who took part and what they have achieved. It is true that at Bromley High we have some outstanding mathematicians who I don’t doubt will secure careers in the world of STEM, becoming trailblazers in this field.”Mrs Fuller, Junior Maths Lead at Bromley High School
