Congratulations to Year 5 pupil Lucy for winning the 2023 British Schools Modern Biathlon Championships in her age category.
Over 1,200 athletes competed in the event which took place at The Abbey Stadium in Redditch at the weekend.
The competition featured a separate swim and run with athletes competing in their school year group having qualified at a regional or local event during the Autumn and Winter months. This year a total of 280 schools from across the nation were represented at the finals event.
Well done to Lucy for finishing first out of 72 other athletes and becoming Year 5 Girls Modern Biathlon Champion!
