Lower Sixth pupils delivered Primary Mathematics Masterclasses on code breaking to Year 5 pupils from the Junior School and three other local primary schools.
The masterclass covered enriching and exciting mathematics including coding, decoding messages and using methods such as Caesar cipher.
Our Year 12 Mathematicians were committed, organised and confident in the delivery of their material.
It was an extremely enriching experience for both the primary school pupils and the Sixth Formers, putting both groups outside their comfort zones, and allowing them to interact with people they wouldn’t usually.
