Year 6 pupils had the exciting opportunity to work alongside Year 5 parent, Mrs Sumathy Rajanayagam, exploring the concept of ‘The Female Lead’ and the role women have in futurology.
The pupils studied the current context of women in the workplace and had an inspiring presentation by Mrs Rajanayagam, who works in algorithmic and etrading as a Risk Manager. Following the workshop, the pupils created their own future timelines, considering what success looks like to them at a personal level.
